ARYNOIN-PLUS Gel: A Dual Action Solution for Acne

Composition:

ARYNOIN-PLUS Gel: Each gram contains Isotretinoin BP 05mg (005% w/w) and Erythromycin BP 20mg (2% w/w) in an ethanolic gel base

Pharmacological Properties:

Isotretinoin, structurally related to vitamin A, regulates epithelial cell growth and differentiation When used systemically, it reduces
sebum production and combats acne’s underlying causes Erythromycin, an effective macrolide antibiotic, reduces the population of Propionibacterium acnes and prevents the release of inflammatory mediators by the bacteria Combining isotretinoin and erythromycin in ARYNOIN-PLUS gel. addresses both the comedonal and inflammatory phases of acne. This dual action approach makes it a logical choice for treating acne vulgaris

Indications:

This gel is indicated for the topical treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris, effectively treating both inflammatory and noninflammatory lesions

Directions for Use:

Apply sparingly over the entire affected area once or twice daily Patients should be aware that the full therapeutic
effect may take 68 weeks of treatment in some cases

Contraindications:

Do not use ARYNOIN-PLUS gel if you are known to be hypersensitive to any of its ingredients

Use during Pregnancy and Lactation:

The safety of ARYNOIN-PLUS gel during human pregnancy hasn’t been established While systemic isotretinoin has been associated with teratogenicity in humans, topical isotretinoin studies in rabbits showed no harm to the fetus There’s no evidence of risk from the erythromycin component. in human pregnancy Therefore, should not be used during pregnancy or lactation

Adverse Effects:

ARYNOIN-PLUS gel may cause initial stinging, burning, or irritation, with possible erythema and peeling These effects typically diminish with continued use If irritation persists, discontinue treatment Reactions usually resolve upon discontinuation

Precautions:

• Avoid contact with the mouth, eyes, mucous membranes, abraded, or eczematous skin
• Use caution when applying to sensitive areas, such as the neck
• ARYNOIN-PLUS Gel can increase sensitivity to sunlight, so minimize sun exposure
• Be cautious when using concomitant topical medications to avoid cumulative irritant effects

Presentation:

It is supplied in 10g aluminum tubes, each with a package insert in a carton
