Composition:

ARYNOIN-PLUS Gel: Each gram contains Isotretinoin BP 05mg (005% w/w) and Erythromycin BP 20mg (2% w/w) in an ethanolic gel base

Pharmacological Properties:

Indications:

This gel is indicated for the topical treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris, effectively treating both inflammatory and noninflammatory lesions

Directions for Use:

Contraindications:

Use during Pregnancy and Lactation:

The safety of ARYNOIN-PLUS gel during human pregnancy hasn’t been established While systemic isotretinoin has been associated with teratogenicity in humans, topical isotretinoin studies in rabbits showed no harm to the fetus There’s no evidence of risk from the erythromycin component. in human pregnancy Therefore, should not be used during pregnancy or lactation

Adverse Effects:
